We are providing Physical Therapy services under Alberta Health Care Services coverage for General Musculoskeletal, Fractures and Post-Operative conditions except Total Hip/knee Replacement.

1. General Musculoskeletal (MSK )Condition:

Call AHS Telerehab Line (1-833-379-0563) for qualification.

Eligibility Criteria:

•  The individual has a valid Alberta Personal Health Number.
• Client must meet low income criteria to access funded physio visit.

2. Ortho Type I (Post-Operative Condition)

Albertans who have undergone orthopedic surgery in the past 12 weeks.

Eligible for 1 Assessment and up to 3 treatment attendances

3. Ortho Type II (Post Fractures)

Albertans who have been diagnosed with a fracture in the past 12 weeks.

Eligible for 1 Assessment and 4 treatment attendances
